The Founders of America were beyond brilliant and diligently worked to draft the plans and documents which established this incredible, wonderful country. These were men who were greatly ahead of their time with regard to foresight and planning for a successful future. Such documents as the Declaration Of Independence, The Bill Of Rights, and of course, The US Constitution were crafted with love and concern for building a country like no other on the planet. The goal and dream of America has been realized and has given us, for over 244 years. the greatest nation on earth.
This statement is absolute and although there are those, primarily consisting of Leftists, Democrats, and such, who disagree and only seek to destroy this wonderful country in any way possible. Such movements as BLM (Black Lives Matter) were founded by people who openly admit to be Marxist and seeking to destroy the “System” completely along with such brilliant plans as defunding the Police. It would seem that the goal of destroying America, our culture, our history, and everything that has made us the greatest country on earth, justifies the wanton assault on statues, Police Precincts, and anything else in their way. For months now, we have seen nightly demonstrations devolving into riots, looting and burning, and tearing down of statues, along with attacking law enforcement officers who respond to the violence.
Frighteningly, the democrats support and cheer this activity on along with their eager accomplices in the Media. The Left is far more concerned with their agenda, destroying America, and gaining and keeping power, than for the people that they claim to care so much about. How much exactly have they done for the minority community over the last, oh say, sixty years for example? Leftist policy has certainly resulted in the destruction of the family and driven fathers from their homes. Women and children have been forced to live a subsistent life of poverty depending on Social Welfare programs for basic necessities such as food and housing. And just look at the inner city Urban areas and the violence that has ensued. All the while, the so called “Community Leaders” have enriched themselves and lined their pockets at the expense of those trapped in poverty stricken and violent areas. This is quite simply just plain tragic.
During the same sixty year period, Politicians have built a system for themselves that fills their bank accounts with unbelievable amounts of cash, provides them with unrealistic benefits, and insulates them from the very laws that are put in place for the rest of us. The current terminology for this system is that it is “The Establishment”. Politicians fear anything that threatens this “Establishment” more than anything. The building of this “Establishment” has taken a great deal of time and had to be done, under the cover of darkness, and removed from public view, so as not to arouse suspicion or protest at what was being done. The more proper and apt term would be simply to call it corruption but that is far too harsh, in the view of those same politicians, to call it that. Therefore, we are calling it something softer and more palatable, or just simply stated, “The Establishment”. Many call it “The Swamp” which is quite appropriate too.
Lobbyists, seeking to bend the will of Politicians, line their pockets or make incredible donations to re-election campaign coffers. This process is done in order to get favorable treatment or passage of pet projects which the Lobbyist are paid to present and promote to the Politicians in D.C. Think of the NASCAR analogy in which the drivers wear fireproof jumpsuits with patches of all of their sponsors and supporters on them. The public would be stunned if Politicians were forced to disclose who is buying them and who they truly represent. A Politicians primary loyalty is to themselves and their wealth accumulation above all else. Consider what has transpired with the Clintons and how they have moved from having very little while being the Governor of Arkansas to the Clinton Foundation reporting of over $245 million dollars. Wow, politics is a very lucrative proposition to say the least.
No wonder that once you are elected to public office and can start drowning in cash, that no one ever wants to give that up. How many Politicians have been in office for more than one term? Currently we have a Presidential Candidate on the Democrat side who has been in office for nearly fifty years and he is not alone. So much for Congressional elections every two years or Senate every four resulting in decade after decade of being re-elected. Is it any wonder that they would tweak the system in their own favor and exempt and remove themselves from having to live under the same rules and regulations which they force upon the rest of us? Issues like “Insider Trading” which is blatantly unfair and for us, illegal, but gives Politicians information which gives them unfair advantages with regard to Stock Market dealings. How else could Hillary Clinton garner her infamous cattle futures deal resulting in a profit of roughly $100, 000.00 which was an incredible sum back in the 1980’s when it happened.
Politicians will even make rules and regulations which exempt them from being prosecutable for crimes like sex offenses. How many times have we seen claims from staffers, pages, and others resulting from Politicians lacking a moral compass? These “Swamp Dwellers” who have been entrenched and control the “Establishment” will do anything to protect themselves and the corrupt system which they have created for themselves. To this point, the “Establishment” has been successful in keeping things under control and not having their corrupt little system threatened. That was until, Donald J. Trump came along and put a kink in all of their little plans. Trump could certainly not be bought, opposition research did not turn up anything which could be used against him, and Trump truly loves America and only wants to do what is best for all Americans. Wow, talk about threatening the “Establishment”, why this could just not be allowed to happen. The “Establishment” went into full panic and attack mode from the moment it appeared that Trump was not only serious but would win.
Despite all of the intrinsic problems and issues which have come to be with regard to our Political System, we still have the best imaginable in the world. Unfortunately, the Democrat Party has allowed themselves to be hijacked and over taken by the most radical, far left minded individuals possible and are seeking to move this country in a direction that absolutely threatens to destroy our freedoms and liberties completely. Our very way of life is under assault and should we lose, we may not recover from what will transpire if Leftists are once again in total control. America must never be allowed to become anything other than the Representative Republic that we are and have been for over two hundred and forty four years. Wake up America!
