Insanity is described as follows, unstable of mind, unsound in mental capacity, etc. Many online dictionaries and medical discussions delve into this concept in a much more comprehensive manner but suffice it to say for the sake of brevity, that insanity is basically being unstable or of unsound mind. Why would someone question one’s soundness of mind or instability to begin with? Typically, this would be due to behavior that defies normal or the atypical behavior as demonstrated by the boundaries of normalcy as prescribed by acceptable boundaries. Abnormal or behavior which could be described as insane or unstable could be when someone looses touch with reality and begins to act unrealistically such as claiming to be from another planet, or that they are actually an animal as opposed to a human being. Insane or unstable people might demonstrate manic behavior such as crawling on all fours and barking at people instead of human interactions. In short, insanity is behavior outside of what is considered normal or sane, typically as prescribed by medical professionals.
But, we can see an individual or individuals who act outside of what is considered sane or stable. Large groups of people destroying, burning, or rampaging in an out of control manner, acting as a violent mob such as demonstrated for the better part of the past year are certainly not would be considered normal or sane. Whole groups of people can participate in what is seemingly insane or unstable behavior such as destroying your own neighborhoods, cities, and historical monuments. Becoming unhinged and acting violently because someone differs with what you believe is not what a civil or normal type of behavior would determine is acceptable. And yet, this is exactly what we see demonstrated when a Conservative, Republican, or someone who is not a Leftist neophyte attempts to speak on a college or University campus today. No longer capable of an intelligent debate, rational examination of a differing opinion, or even being exposed to a belief system other than what is prescribed by radical, Leftist Academics. When a conservative speaker attempts to speak today, all of the little lemming Leftist mobilize to scream profanities, smash everything in sight, and start fires whenever possible. This behavior is not rational or normal by any stretch of the imagination.
To many, attempting to adopt political systems which have historically proven to be ineffective, unattainable, or completely unrealistic such as Socialism/Marxism/Communism while decrying the evils of the Representative Republic as established and enjoyed by Americans for over two hundred thirty plus years is insane. The “isms” have failed whenever, wherever they have been tried, including by the creators of the particular socio-political world view aforementioned. The “isms” consistently fail to produce the desired effect, typically a state of “Fairness”, while producing the exact opposite and devolving into some manner of totalitarian tyranny. Despite this one hundred per cent failure rate, the Left continues to embrace this failed ideology and whenever they are empowered or in control, will attempt to impose their version of the failed ideology on an unwitting, uninformed, apathetic public at large. Who is the group of Americans who desire and embrace such failed ideologies and world views today? The Left, particularly those who embrace the tactics of such renowned Leftist radicals as Saul Alinsky or Cloward and Piven who want to overload and destroy the current system in order to rebuild it as some form of “Ism”. Capitalism and the free market system would have to be replaced by a Central Government system of shared poverty as government produces nothing. Freedoms, rights, and liberties would all have to fall by the wayside to be replaced by a “State” dictated and mandated false sense of security as prescribed by the government rulers of the moment. For anyone who might still harbor a desire to think for themselves as opposed to prescribing to the accepted groupthink of the moment, life would become very bleak. Much like the dystopian vision of life under a totalitarian ruler as demonstrated by George Orwell in his visionary works, “1984” and “Animal Farm”. Or the prophetic examples displayed by Ayn Rand in “Atlas Shrugged”. A dystopian future of shared poverty is a bleak and frightening vision but is exactly what the Left desires to force upon American Society at large. Such dystopian world-views would never be embraced by the majority of Americans but rather has to be imposed by Politicians who attain power by misrepresenting themselves as anything other than what they truly are. In short, Leftists must hide their true intentions and must mascarade as anything other than radical. To accomplish this, they must lie and deceive in any and every way possible. Once in power, they can drop the disguise and reveal their true intentions of imposing unacceptable and radical doctrine in via any means necessary. To the true radical Leftist, the end justifies the means and the means usually consist of lies, deception, corruption, theft, and the imposition of fear by any way possible. This has certainly been the case with Leftist politicians imposing fear driven policies because of the current, COVID19 pandemic.
For many, insanity is much like the tail wagging the dog. Specifically, allowing a minority of extremely vocal, radical, people to intimidate, threaten, into allowing them to destroy our very way of life while stripping us of our God and Constitutionally guaranteed rights, freedoms, and privileges of our current form of Representative Republic, courtesy of our Founding Fathers. If successful, the Left will quickly devolve America into some dystopian nightmare of government imposed “Fairness”, whatever that truly is. Our 1st Amendment guarantees the right to free speech, this however, along with the rest will quickly vanish under political correctness. The “Cancel Culture” will insure that those who prescribe to an unacceptable belief system and world view, ie; Conservatism will be ostracized, vilified, and punished up to and including being destroyed to the point of not being capable of even working in your particular vocation in order to provide for your family. This is absolutely happening right now and will continue to do so under the rule of the income, thin skinned, vengeance minded bullies on the Left. Wake up America!
