Why does Obama’s healthcare have to be done this year? Why the rush, what’s the hurry? We can’t forget that Obama had originally intended to have this rammed down our throats before Congress even left for the August recess and that would have meant that it would have been the monstrosity that was in the house which has caused a firestorm to say the least. Again, why is Obama in non stop campaign mode instead of being a leader and engaging in meaningful reform efforts?

Obama addresses a joint session and delivers a partisan threat and just another campaign type speech that is long on rhetoric and short on facts.  Obama postures on national television about “bipartisan” efforts while Pelosi and Reid do nothing but continue to slam the door in the face of republicans who dare even attempt to offer alternatives to the public option, government takeover plans of Obama and his cronies.

State run media no longer even bothers to attempt to pretend that they are anything less than a propaganda machine for the liberals, democrats, and Obama simply spew the talking points as delivered by Obama’s Whitehouse. Despite losing their audience in droves, the Obama lovefest continues and the so called journalists continue to deliver what can only be called willing suspensions of truth in their reporting of anything involving Obama or the democrats. Obviously this is obviously prime examples of “style over substance”. Forget the facts, full speed ahead with what we want the truth to be, right?

Instead of actually taking time to come  to reasoned and rational reform, Obama travels the country with campaign speech after campaign speech to friendly, staged crowds that are carefully crafted with staged questions, and friendly participants. Is this because Obama is more concerned about achieving his goal of government takeover of healthcare than he is about the best interest of the people? If the people of this country continue to overwhelmingly reject Obama’s healthcare takeover, then why is he so determined to do so? Who benefits from this, the people or is it simply a matter of Obama gaining more power over the people of this country? In short, why the rush? Why does Obama’s vision of healthcare reform have to come immediately instead of taking time and crafting something that would actually achieve meaningful reform that might actually help people?

As we have seen for the past eight months, it is not a matter of what Obama says or how wonderful he sounds or how amazingly artful Obama is delivering a speech, no, it is a matter of watching what he does. What happened to the five days that the American people were going to have to review all legislation before Obama signs it that we were promised? What happened to the transparency that was promised? Who the hell asked for our government to be run by forty plus “Czars” who consist of the farthest left, craziest thinking, people imaginable including self avowed Communists?

Obama didn’t want to take over financial institutions, but he did. Obama didn’t want to take over automobile industry, but he did. Now, Obama says he doesn’t want to take over the healthcare industry, but he does! Obama fully intended to turn over the work of the Census to ACORN, his beloved, pet organization which virtually gave him his start. And now we see what a corrupt, criminal, tool of the democrats that ACORN really is.

Obama is incapable of giving us facts about what he truly intends for his vision of healthcare to be other than “soundbytes” delivered in campaign style addresses, many of which are nothing short of false, misleading, or just downright lies. Where is the bill that Obama is so desperate to pass and what does it say? What are the details, who wrote the bill, when can we see it? Why won’t Obama answer these questions instead of giving us poll tested sound bytes of wonderful sounding catch phrases? Why the rush? What’s the hurry?

To quote that giant of wisdom and common sense, Larry The Cable Guy, why is Obama only interested in promoting a “Git ‘R Done” takeover when he doesn’t even know what the result would be? Again it comes down to the burning question that won’t go away and nags at me unceasingly, why the rush?

Can someone please explain the “Sky is falling” rush to pass everything that Reid and Pelosi come up with? I am really having a hard time understanding why everything that these people propose or pass into law has to be sold as needing to be done yesterday at the latest or the world is going to end. The “Stimulus” bill is a prime example and here we are six months later and gee whiz, unemployment seems to be rising even higher that what we were told would happen if they didn’t pass the bill. Ok, then doesn’t it make sense that we should probably wait and at the very minimum, read the bills that these people propose before rushing to sign them into law and ram them down the throats of the people?

Could it possibly be because Obama and his administration realize that as the details of their legislation becomes public that support nose dives? Is it because Obama’s personal popularity is also tanking and his charismatic, mesmerizing, teleprompter speech making is not leaving the masses in hypnotic states of euphoria anymore? Is it because the agenda of socializing America and transforming it into some kind of Marxist Utopia and amassing as much power as possible is causing the masses to rise up in protest?

How can that be? I thought Obama was the new “Messiah” and just by waving his hand could fix the ills of the world. Hasn’t his bowing before Saudi Kings, and embracing the world’s tyrants made them love us yet? Hasn’t the assaults on free market and the take over of private industries solved the financial ills of America? How is that redistribution of wealth working for you? Could it have anything to do with the inevitable tax increases that are sure to come now that the treausury is long past empty and they simply can’t print money fast enough? Hmmm, what about the inflation that will surely hit like nothing we have seen since the Jimmy Carter administration?

Why the rush to take over the healthcare industry? Why is it necessary for Sen. Arlen Spectre to attempt to explain that this has to be done so quickly? Why can’t they even take time to read the 1,0oo plus pages of legislation that they propose to make us abide by? Where is the transparency and openness promised by Barack Obama during the campaign? Why the need to run around the country spewing talking points and poll phrases instead of citing facts contained in the actual legislation as drafted by the Congress? Could it be because as the facts of their wonderful legislation come to light that support for it and Obama are diving faster than a Kamikaze plane on overdrive? It certainly appears that it is more a case of “Git’r done” and then we can deal with  the details by this bunch of supposedly well intentioned, kool aid drinking, lemmings who control all three branches of government.

Why the rush to domonize and villafy the American people who take time out of their overworked, overtaxed, lives to speak out and exercise their right to free speech by the eager and willing state run propaganda machine formerly knows as the mainstream media? Why the rush to label and attack the American people who disagree with the socialist agenda and dare to question them? Where was the same outrage when Code Pink or Acorn were sending bus loads of thugs to intimidate executives of private banks or insurance companies over bonuses paid out to them? How dare them demonstrate such blatant hypocrisy and double standards with regard to free speech and those who dare to exercise their rights.

Why the rush? Because Obama says so!
