Isn’t is just amazing how quickly the rules change? You go from a republican to a democrat administration and all of a sudden all the rules change. We are told by Obama that he is not going to allow lobbyists to serve in his administration as he is putting several of them in positions. Geithner doesn’t pay his taxes for four years, something you and I would go to prison for, but he is confirmed as Treasury Secretary. And now, Tom Daschle who has tax problems will be forgiven and confirmed as HHS Secretary without a doubt. If this were a republican administration the howls of outrage would be heard non stop and coverage of this mockery of justice would be proclaimed by the mainstream media 24\/7. But no, this is Barack Hussein Obama so he should be allowed to do anything he wants to do, right? This is the epitome of “Hope” and “Change We Can Believe In”, right? \u00c2\u00a0I have never before witnessed anything like this before in my fifty plus years on this planet. Just as Nancy Pelosi promised us the most ethical Congress in history when they took power six years ago and we are still waiting for that one to happen. Is it just me or is there scandal after scandal with democrat after democrat having tax problems, being impeached, or just being indicted? Where’s the outrage in the media, where are the cries for justice by those impartial, non biased, journalists? Are we supposed to simply look the other way, shrug our shoulders, and just accept that this is standard procedure for the liberal democrats? Say one thing and do the exact opposite, lies no longer matter as long as you sound good doing it. \u00c2\u00a0And remember, if you or I thumbed our noses at the tax laws or the IRS we would be thrown under the prison but not these guys. A simple act of contrition or a remorseful apology is more than enough to appease the anointed ones. Now more than ever before it certainly goes to show you that we must watch what they do, not listen to what they say. This administration has certainly illustrated why the political profession can so easily be confused with the world’s oldest profession. \u00c2\u00a0But hey, maybe this is their idea of “Change” and “Hope We Can Believe In” in their liberal Utopian fantasy world. \u00c2\u00a0Pray for the survival of our country, God bless America.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
